- 22.07.2020 : 3 Persons - A Kollam native who died on July 12 due to drowning and a Thiruvananthapuram native who died in Kottayam on July 21 has also been declared positive on 22.07.2020 after reconfirmation from NIV Alappuzha. But these deaths are not included in the COVID-19 death list as COVID-19 was not adjudged to be the cause of death. A Tamilnadu native who was under treatment in Thiruvananthapuram expired on July 21. This death is not included in the Kerala COVID-19 death list.
- 23.07.2020: 1 person - Test result of a Tamilnadu native expired in Thiruvananthapuram on July 19 also declared positive on 23.07.2020. But this death is not included in Kerala COVI-19 death list.
- 26.07.2020: 1 person - Kozhikode - who has expired due to cancer on July 24, is not included in the list of COVID-19 deaths.
- 27.07.2020: 1 person - Pathanamthitta - has expired due to Cancer. This death is not included in the COVID-19 death list.
- 29.07.2020: 1 person - who expired on July 24 is not included since the cause of death is not attributed to that of COVID-19
