- 9 deaths have been reported to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC) in the past 24 hours
- the total number of COVID-19-related deaths is 1,615
- 37 new cases have been reported - bringing the total cases in Ireland to 24,735
Update on testing:
As of midnight Monday 25 May, 325,795 tests have been carried out.
Over the past week, 30,169 tests were carried out. Of these, 633 were positive, giving a positivity rate of 2.1%.
