- the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC) has been informed of 10 additional deaths among people with COVID-19 in Ireland (it is important to note that 8 of the 10 deaths reported today occurred prior to September 2020)
- there have been 1,810 COVID-19 related deaths in Ireland
- validation of data at the HPSC has resulted in the denotification of 1 death. The figure of 1,810 reflects this
- 613 additional cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed
- there have now been 37,668 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ireland
