지역사회 확산 방지 위해 총력 대응 Respond to all efforts to prevent the spread of the community

- 최근 14일내 중국 우한으로부터의 입국자 전수조사 실시 - -Investigation of immigration from Wuhan, China in the last 14 days-

□ 보건복지부 중앙사고수습본부(본부장 박능후)와 질병관리본부 중앙방역대책본부(본부장 정은경)는 감염병 위기 단계를 '경계'로 상향함에 따라 지자체와 함께 지역사회 대응체계를 한층 강화 하겠다고 밝혔다. □ The Ministry of Health and Welfare's Central Accident Remediation Headquarters (President Park Neung-Hoo) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Central Director Eun-Kyung Jung) announced that they will strengthen the community response system with local governments by raising the stage of infectious disease crisis to 'Border' .

○ 무증상기에 입국*한 후 지역사회에서 발생하는 환자를 조기에 확인해 조치 하기 위해 지자체별 선별진료소**를 추가 확대 한다. ○ After entering * into the asymptomatic phase , additional screening clinics for each local government will be expanded to identify and take action on patients in the community .

* 중국 외 국가로 유입된 사례 중 검역단계에서 인지된 것으로 확인된 경우는 50건 중 7건 수준 * 7 cases out of 50 cases were found to have been recognized at the quarantine stage among cases that flowed into countries other than China.

○ 또한, 질병관리본부 상담센터(1339) 인력도 추가 확보 하고 '자주 묻는 질문'은 지자체별 주민콜센터에 배포 하여 대기시간 단축 등 국민 불편을 최소화 해 나가기로 했다. ○ In addition, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (1339) will also secure additional personnel and distribute 'Frequently Asked Questions' to local residents ' call centers to minimize public inconvenience such as reducing waiting time .

□ 최근 14일 이내 중국 우한으로부터의 입국자 전수조사도 실시 한다. □ An immigration survey will also be conducted from Wuhan , China within the last 14 days.

○ 현재까지 출입국기록 등으로 파악된 우한공항에서의 입국자는 총 3,023명 (내국인 1,166명, 외국인 1,857명)으로, 지자체 및 건강보험 심사평가원과 함께 일괄 조사 및 모니터링을 실시 할 예정이다. ○ A total of 3,023 immigrants (1,166 Koreans and 1,857 foreigners) from Wuhan Airport, which have been identified by immigration records so far, will conduct a collective survey and monitoring with the local government and the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service.

- 우한에 다녀온 내국인은 발열 또는 호흡기 증상이 확인되는 경우 국가지정 입원치료병상에 이송해 격리·검사를 실시 할 예정이며, -If a fever or respiratory symptom is confirmed, Koreans who have been to Wuhan will be transported to a hospital designated by the national hospital for quarantine and inspection .

- 외국인은 출국 여부를 우선 확인 하고, 국내 체류자의 경우 경찰청 등과 협조하여 조사를 추진 한다. -Foreigners should first check whether they are leaving the country, and in the case of domestic residents , cooperate with the National Police Agency to conduct investigations .

□ 아울러, 네 번째 환자의 역학조사 확인 내용도 공개하였다. □ In addition, the contents of the fourth patient's epidemiological investigation were disclosed.

○ 현재까지 파악된 접촉자는 172명 이고, 가족 중 1명이 유증상자로 확인 되어 격리조치 후 검사를 시행하였으나 음성으로 확인 되었다. ○ There were 172 contacts identified so far , and one member of the family was identified as a bequest box .

○ 환자는 증상 발현 후 주로 자택에 머물면서 의료기관 방문 외에는 별다른 외부활동을 하지 않았다 . ○ After symptoms manifested, patients stayed at home and did not perform any external activities except visiting medical institutions . 입국시 탑승한 항공기, 공항버스, 방문 의료기관은 모두 환경소독을 완료 하였다. □ 1월 28일 오전 10시 현재 총 116명에게 검사 가 이뤄졌고, 4명 확진 , 15명은 검사가 진행중이며, 97명은 검사결과 음성 으로 확인되어 모두 격리해제 되었다. □ January a total of 116 people for 28 days at 10 am yirwojyeotgo inspection, confirmed 4 people, 15 said the test is in progress, 97 of them are confirmed by test results were all negative off isolation.

○ 의료기관 감염병 예방을 위한 직원 교육을 철저 히 해줄 것을 당부하고, 해외 여행력 확인, 선별진료소 운영, 의심환자 진료시 반드시 마스크 등 보호구 착용 등 “신종 코로나 바이러스 감염증 예방 의료기관 행동수칙” 준수를 재차 당부했다. ○ We urged the thorough training of staff to prevent infectious diseases in medical institutions, and revised adherence to the “Code of Prevention for New Corona Virus Infectious Diseases”, such as checking the overseas travel history, operating a screening clinic, and wearing protective equipment such as masks when treating suspected patients. .
