• On the 28th of March 2020, sixteen (16) new confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Nigeria
• Till date, Ninety-seven (97) cases have been confirmed, three cases have been discharged and one death from COVID-19 recorded in Nigeria
• Of the sixteen (16) new cases reported on the 28th of March, two(2) are in FCT, seven(7) are in Lagos, one(1) is in Kaduna, one(1) is in Osun, one(1) in Benue and four(4) are in Oyo
• All new cases have mild to moderate symptoms and are currently receiving care.
• A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities
