CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) HIGHLIGHTS

• On the 10th of April 2020, 17 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria
• Till date, 305 cases have been confirmed, 58 cases have been discharged and seven deaths have been recorded in Nigeria
• The 17 new cases are reported from seven states- Lagos (8), Katsina (3), FCT (2), Niger (1), Kaduna (1), Anambra (1), Ondo (1).
• A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities
