Highlights

  • On the 12th of June 2021, 8 new confirmed cases were recorded in Nigeria
  • Till date, 167059 cases have been confirmed, 163436 cases have been discharged and 2117 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory
  • The 8 new cases are reported from 2 states- Akwa Ibom(4), and Rivers (4).
  • A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities
