Today 29th September 2020 is World Heart Day ❤️.
Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs) remains the major cause of mortality in Seychelles out of all other Non-communicable diseases, representing 60% of total NCD deaths in 2019.
CVDs are triggered primarily by tobacco use, unhealthy diet, physical inactivity and the harmful use of alcohol.
In order to prevent cardiovascular disease we need to #UseHeart ❤️
