On the 10th October, we celebrated the World Mental Health Day – and what a year it has been. This year’s theme is ‘Mental Health for All. Greater investment- Greater Access’.
As part of the 2020 World Mental Health Day campaign, we are encouraging everyone to make a #MentalHealthPromise. We are continuously breaking down stigma by talking about our mental health, and focusing on it during these uncertain times, but as well as talking about it, we need to act, and that action can start with making a promise to yourself to look after your mental health.
