The reduction of expenses incurred by the Ministry of Health and boosting community health services were amongst key topics discussed during the Minister’s second courtesy visit to health facilities on Friday 27th November 2020.
Joined by the President, Mr Wavel Ramkalawan, the Vice-President, Mr Ahmed Afif, National Assembly Members for Au Cap and Anse Royale and senior management of the ministry, Minister Vidot toured the Anse Royale Health Centre.
While the health centre was being kept as a backup isolation facility in line with the national response plan for COVID-19, services are set to return to the facility as of Monday 30th November 2020.
