NOTICE

To protect health facilities from COVID-19, Health Care Agency is reinforcing the following measures

No visitor is allowed to ICU
Only one visitor per patient is allowed to the Seychelles Hospital
Strictly no child allowed for visits on the wards
Wearing of masks in all health facilities is mandatory for patients, staff and visitors

•There are restrictions on public gatherings
•All schools from preschool to post secondary institutions will remain closed
•No religious ceremonies, except for funerals are allowed
• All bars, casinos, spas gyms and cinemas will remain closed
• Competitive sports to be conducted without spectators
•Festive season celebrations to be restricted to only family members within one household
•Workplaces to encourage employees to work from home
•Airport will continue to welcome visitors under existing guidelines

Led by the inhouse choir, the traditional Christmas Eve visit continued. The last stop for Minister Vidot was the Seychelles Hospital🎄🏥.

She was accompanied on this afternoon visit by the First Lady, Mrs Linda Ramkalawan. Together they distributed gifts to mothers and their newborn on the Maternity Ward, followed by the Paediatric Ward and the others.
