As of 12 March 2020, 22 105 cases have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: Italy (12 462), France (2 281), Spain (2 140), Germany (1 567), Denmark (516), Netherlands (503), Norway (489), Sweden (462), United Kingdom (456), Belgium (314), Austria (246), Greece (99), Czech Republic (94), Iceland (85), Finland (59), Portugal (59), Slovenia (57), Romania (45), Ireland (43), Poland (31), Croatia (16), Estonia (16), Hungary (13), Latvia (10), Slovakia (10), Bulgaria (7), Luxembourg (7), Cyprus (6), Malta (6), Liechtenstein (3) and Lithuania (3).

As of 12 March 2020, 943 deaths have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: Italy (827), France (48), Spain (47), United Kingdom (6), Netherlands (5), Belgium (3), Germany (3), Bulgaria (1), Greece (1), Ireland (1) and Sweden (1).
