How is the data collected?

As of 27 June 2020, 1 542 621 cases have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: United Kingdom (309 360), Spain (247 905), Italy (239 961), Germany (193 243), France (162 936), Sweden (65 137), Belgium (61 106), Netherlands (50 005), Portugal (40 866), Poland (33 395), Romania (25 697), Ireland (25 414), Austria (17 498), Denmark (12 675), Czechia (11 038), Norway (8 815), Finland (7 191), Bulgaria (4 513), Luxembourg (4 173), Hungary (4 127), Greece (3 343), Croatia (2 539), Estonia (1 986), Iceland (1 832), Lithuania (1 808), Slovakia (1 643), Slovenia (1 558), Latvia (1 112), Cyprus (992), Malta (670) and Liechtenstein (83).
