How is the data collected?

As of 30 June 2020, 1 556 709 cases have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: United Kingdom (311 965), Spain (248 970), Italy (240 436), Germany (194 259), France (164 260), Sweden (67 667), Belgium (61 427), Netherlands (50 223), Portugal (41 912), Poland (34 154), Romania (26 582), Ireland (25 462), Austria (17 666), Denmark (12 751), Czechia (11 805), Norway (8 855), Finland (7 209), Bulgaria (4 831), Luxembourg (4 256), Hungary (4 145), Greece (3 390), Croatia (2 725), Estonia (1 987), Iceland (1 840), Lithuania (1 816), Slovakia (1 665), Slovenia (1 585), Latvia (1 117), Cyprus (996), Malta (670) and Liechtenstein (83).
