As of 02 September 2020, 2 252 224 cases have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: Spain (470 973), United Kingdom (337 168), France (286 007), Italy (270 189), Germany (244 855), Romania (88 593), Belgium (85 393), Sweden (84 521), Netherlands (71 057), Poland (67 922), Portugal (58 243), Ireland (29 025), Austria (27 741), Czechia (25 117), Denmark (17 084), Bulgaria (16 266), Norway (10 783), Greece (10 524), Croatia (10 414), Finland (8 142), Luxembourg (6 677), Hungary (6 257), Slovakia (3 989), Slovenia (2 933), Lithuania (2 929), Estonia (2 395), Iceland (2 116), Malta (1 909), Cyprus (1 490), Latvia (1 404) and Liechtenstein (108).

As of 02 September 2020, 181 992 deaths have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: United Kingdom (41 504), Italy (35 491), France (30 661), Spain (29 152), Belgium (9 897), Germany (9 313), Netherlands (6 221), Sweden (5 813), Romania (3 681), Poland (2 058), Portugal (1 824), Ireland (1 777), Austria (734), Bulgaria (629), Denmark (625), Hungary (616), Czechia (425), Finland (336), Greece (271), Norway (264), Croatia (187), Slovenia (128), Luxembourg (124), Lithuania (86), Estonia (64), Latvia (34), Slovakia (33), Cyprus (21), Malta (12), Iceland (10) and Liechtenstein (1).

*On 28 August 2020, Cyprus reported less cases resulting in a negative number. Data will be updated as soon as it is made available.

As of 24 August 2020, Authorities in Luxembourg report COVID-19 cases and deaths from their resident population only. Therefore, the difference with the figure from 27 August is translated into a negative value for the cases and deaths reported on 28 August 2020

From 24 August, Monaco only reported figures among residents resulting in a drop in cases and deaths.
