As of 10 September 2020, 2 476 044 cases have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: Spain (543 379), United Kingdom (355 219), France (344 101), Italy (281 853), Germany (255 366), Romania (98 304), Belgium (89 597), Sweden (85 880), Netherlands (77 615), Poland (71 947), Portugal (61 541), Austria (31 104), Czechia (31 036), Ireland (30 164), Denmark (18 607), Bulgaria (17 435), Croatia (12 626), Greece (12 080), Norway (11 624), Hungary (9 715), Finland (8 430), Luxembourg (7 023), Slovakia (4 888), Slovenia (3 312), Lithuania (3 163), Estonia (2 654), Malta (2 162), Iceland (2 153), Cyprus (1 514), Latvia (1 443) and Liechtenstein (109).

As of 10 September 2020, 183 497 deaths have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: United Kingdom (41 594), Italy (35 577), France (30 794), Spain (29 628), Belgium (9 917), Germany (9 341), Netherlands (6 237), Sweden (5 842), Romania (4 018), Poland (2 147), Portugal (1 849), Ireland (1 781), Austria (747), Bulgaria (702), Denmark (628), Hungary (628), Czechia (444), Finland (337), Greece (293), Norway (264), Croatia (206), Slovenia (131), Luxembourg (124), Lithuania (86), Estonia (64), Slovakia (37), Latvia (35), Cyprus (21), Malta (14), Iceland (10) and Liechtenstein (1).

*From end of August 2020, Swedish authorities are performing daily data consolidation leading to data retro-corrections. This can result in a decrease of cumulative figures (cases or deaths) and related outputs.

*On 28 August 2020, Cyprus reported less cases resulting in a negative number. Data will be updated as soon as it is made available.

As of 24 August 2020, Authorities in Luxembourg report COVID-19 cases and deaths from their resident population only. Therefore, the difference with the figure from 27 August is translated into a negative value for the cases and deaths reported on 28 August 2020

From 24 August, Monaco only reported figures among residents resulting in a drop in cases and deaths.
