As of 26 September 2020, 3 125 005 cases have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: Spain (716 481), France (513 034), United Kingdom (423 236), Italy (306 235), Germany (282 730), Romania (119 683), Belgium (110 882), Netherlands (105 810), Sweden (90 923), Poland (84 396), Portugal (72 055), Czechia (61 318), Austria (42 317), Ireland (34 315), Denmark (25 594), Hungary (23 077), Bulgaria (19 828), Greece (16 913), Croatia (15 795), Norway (13 406), Finland (9 484), Luxembourg (8 233), Slovakia (8 048), Slovenia (5 007), Lithuania (4 184), Estonia (3 118), Malta (2 929), Iceland (2 561), Cyprus (1 671), Latvia (1 625) and Liechtenstein (117).

As of 26 September 2020, 188 340 deaths have been reported in the EU/EEA and the UK: United Kingdom (41 936), Italy (35 801), France (31 661), Spain (31 232), Belgium (9 969), Germany (9 452), Netherlands (6 319), Sweden (5 880), Romania (4 633), Poland (2 392), Portugal (1 936), Ireland (1 797), Bulgaria (789), Austria (786), Hungary (730), Denmark (647), Czechia (581), Greece (369), Finland (343), Norway (270), Croatia (266), Slovenia (135), Luxembourg (124), Lithuania (89), Estonia (64), Slovakia (41), Latvia (36), Malta (29), Cyprus (22), Iceland (10) and Liechtenstein (1).

*From end of August 2020, Swedish authorities are performing daily data consolidation leading to data retro-corrections. From week 38, the Swedish Public Health Agency will update COVID-19 daily data four times per week on Tuesday–Friday. Hence, the cumulative figures and related outputs include cases and deaths from the previous 14 days with available data at the time of data collection.

*On 28 August 2020, Cyprus reported less cases resulting in a negative number. Data will be updated as soon as it is made available.

As of 24 August 2020, Authorities in Luxembourg report COVID-19 cases and deaths from their resident population only. Therefore, the difference with the figure from 27 August is translated into a negative value for the cases and deaths reported on 28 August 2020

From 24 August, Monaco only reported figures among residents resulting in a drop in cases and deaths.
