In Deutschland wurden bislang 196 Fälle einer SARS-CoV-2-Infektion bestätigt. So far, 196 cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection have been confirmed in Germany. Nach dem Infektionscluster bei einer Firma in Bayern (14 Fälle) und einzelnen Fällen bei den deutschen Staatsbürgern, die Anfang Februar 2020 aus Wuhan ausgeflogen worden waren, sind seit dem 25.2.2020 Erkrankungsfälle in fast allen Bundesländern bekannt geworden. After the infection cluster at a company in Bavaria (14 cases) and individual cases among German citizens, which had been flown out of Wuhan in early February 2020, cases of illness have become known in almost all federal states since February 25, 2020.

Es wurden mit Stand 02.03.2020 (Datenstand 15:00 Uhr) Fälle aus 49 Landkreisen in 10 Bundesländern berichtet. As of 02.03.2020 (data status 3:00 p.m.) cases from 49 counties in 10 federal states were reported. Die Fälle sind zwischen 2 und 69 Jahre alt (Median 36,5 Jahre, Mittelwert 37 Jahre). The cases are between 2 and 69 years old (median 36.5 years, mean 37 years). Geschlecht ist bei 148 Fällen bekannt, davon sind 84 (57%) männlich, 64 (43%) weiblich. Gender is known in 148 cases, of which 84 (57%) are male, 64 (43%) female. Für 146 Fälle (93%) ist bekannt, dass sie entweder Kontakt mit einem bestätigten Fall hatten oder sich in einem Risikogebiet bzw. Gebiet mit einer erhöhten Anzahl von Fällen aufhielten.
