新型コロナウイルスに関連した患者の死亡について About death of patient associated with new coronavirus
本日（２月26日）、東京都及び北海道 より、今般の新型コロナウイルスに関連し、死亡した症例の報告がありました。 Today (February 26), Tokyo and Hokkaido reported cases of death related to this new type of coronavirus.
本件について、濃厚接触者の把握を含めた積極的疫学調査を確実に行ってまいります。 We will carry out proactive epidemiological investigations on this matter, including the identification of close contacts.
概要患者１（国内死亡２例目） Overview Patient 1 (2nd death in Japan)
（１）年代：80代（国内56例目） (1) Age: 80s (56th in Japan)
（２）性別：男性（３）居住地：東京都（４）死因：肺炎（５）経過２月９日 食思不振。 (2) Gender: Male (3) Place of residence: Tokyo (4) Cause of death: Pneumonia (5) Progress February 9 Appetite loss.
２月13日 発熱あり、都内医療機関Ａ入院。 Feb. 13 He had a fever and was hospitalized at a medical institution A in Tokyo.
２月16日 呼吸状態悪化し、気管内挿管。 February 16 Respiratory condition worsened and tracheal intubation.
２月18日 PCR 検査陽性。 February 18 Positive PCR test. その後、都内医療機関Ｂに転院し、 ICU 管理。 After that, he was transferred to Tokyo medical institution B and managed by ICU.
２月26日 死亡 確認。 February 26 death confirmed.
行動歴：渡航歴なし。 Action history: No travel history. 陽性確定者との接触なし。 No contact with confirmed positive.

（１）年代：ご家族のご意向により非公表 （高齢者）（国内154例目） (1) Age: Not disclosed due to family intention (elderly) (154 cases in Japan)
（２）性別：ご家族のご意向により非公表。 (2) Gender: Not disclosed due to family wishes.
（３）居住地：北海道（４）死因：肺炎（５）経過２月16日 咳あり。 (3) Place of residence: Hokkaido (4) Cause of death: Pneumonia (5) Progress February 16 Cough.
２月17日 肺炎像あり、入院。 February 17 He was hospitalized with pneumonia.
２月25日 ウイルス性肺炎により死亡。 February 25 Dies from viral pneumonia.
２月26日 PCR 検査陽性。 February 26 PCR test positive.
