Updates on COVID-19 in Republic of Korea

□ As of 0:00, 9 August 2020, the total number of confirmed cases is 14,598 (including 2,550 imported cases), of which 13,642 cases have been discharged from isolation. There are 30 new local cases, 6 new imported cases, and 1 new death.

○ Related to a small group from Luke Missions in Yeongdeongpo-Gu, Seoul City, 1 additional case was confirmed. In total, 5* cases have been confirmed.

○ The (presumed) location of infection acquisition of the 6 new imported cases are: Americas (1) (Mexico 1), and Asia excluding China (5) (Philippines 1, India 4).
