Epidemiological Situation with COVID -19 in Kyrgyzstan as of April 27

On April 27, 2020, 13 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the republic. Among new cases - are registered in women, – in men:    

Osh Region - case,  

Osh City - 1 case,  

Chui region - cases,  

Bishkek City- cases,  

Naryn region - 1 case,  

Issyk-Kul region - cases.  

By today total of 695 confirmed COVID 19 infection cases are registered in the KR, 373 are women and 322 are men. :  

Jalal- Abad region - 111,   

Osh region - 160

Osh City - 110, 

Chui region - 46

Bishkek City- 164 

Batken Region - 8, 

Naryn region - 86, 

Issyk-Kul region - 10.

confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in medical personnel today:

2 - in Bishkek, 

in Osh City

As of April 27, the total number of health workers diagnosed with COVID- 19 in the KR is 183 cases.           

Currently, 292 patients with confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis are being treated in hospitals of the republic, 12 of them in serious condition, including 7 are being treated in intensive care units. 

22 patients are in moderate condition, and the remaining 258 people are in satisfactory condition.

Today 25 patients with  previously confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis  were discharged from hospitals with negative test results:  

Bishkek City - 2

Osh region - 1,  

Osh City - 2

Jalal- Abad region - 4

Naryn region - 16.  

 

By today, 395 patients were discharged with recovery throughout the country.  

Number of deaths - 8.

Total number of samples received for testing (since 5.02.2020) – 47 319 

Number of tests conducted (since 5.02.2020) - 46 627   

 

The number of contacts with laboratory Covid-19 confirmed patients –is  2 753 [number of contacts may vary subject to epidemiological investigations’ results]    

 

1044 people are being monitored in observation facilities of Kyrgyzstan.
