Epidemiological Situation with COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan as of April 25

On April 25 , 2020, 9 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the republic, in women and in men:    

Osh City - cases,  

Chui region - case,  

Bishkek City - 4 cases.    

By toady, total of 665 COVID-19 cases were confirmed:

Jalal-Abad region - 109,  

Osh region - 157

Osh City - 108, 

Chui region - 43

Bishkek City - 151, 

Batken region - 6, 

Naryn region - 83, 

Issyk-Kul region - 8. 

Of the registered positive cases - 360 are women, 305 are men.

3 COVID-19 confirmed cases are registered today among health workers in Bishkek City

The total number of health workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 175 cases.       

 

Total of 312 patients are staying in hospitals of the republic, 13 of them in serious condition, including 6 in intensive care units. The condition of 37 patients is moderate, the remaining 262 patients are satisfactory.

Today 23 patients with previously confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis were discharged from hospitals of the republic:  

Bishkek City- 12,

Osh City- 10,  

Jalal-Abad region – 1.  

By today, 345 patients were discharged with recovery throughout the country after negative tests’ results.  

 

Total number of deaths in the republic - 8.

Total number of samples, received for testing (since 5.02.2020) -44 127   

Number of tests performed (since 5.02.2020) –

43 159                                    

Number of tests performed during the day– 1 871                      

 

The number of contacts with laboratory-confirmed covid-19 patients is 2 463 [the number of contacts may vary subject to epidemiological investigations’ results]  

1354 people are on observation in Kyrgyzstan.
