Epidemiological Situation with COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan as of May 11

As of May 11, 2020, 14 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the republic, 6 in women and 8 in men:   

Bishkek City- cases,  

Issyk-Kul region - cases,  

Chui region - case,  

Osh region - cases,  

Batken region - case,  

Naryn region - cases.  

By today, total of 1016 confirmed COVID-19 cases are registered in Kyrgyzstan.   Of the recorded positive cases - 524 in women and 492 – in men:

Jalal-Abad region - 144,   

Osh region - 180

Osh City - 113, 

Chui region - 87

Bishkek City - 327, 

Batken region - 24, 

Naryn region - 129, 

Issyk-Kul region - 12.

Today cases COVID-19 were confirmed in health workers in Bishkek City, health workers were discharged from hospitals in the republic

The total number of health workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 235 cases, including 180 health workers were discharged from hospitals with recovery.           

 

Currently, 316 patients with confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis are being managed in hospitals of the republic. Of them, 9 are in serious condition, including 3 in intensive care units. 77 patients are in moderate condition and 230 - in satisfactory.

Today 13 patients with previously confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis were discharged from hospitals of the country with negative test results:

Bishkek City- 11,

Naryn region- 2

By today total of 688 patients were discharged with recovery throughout the country.      

Number of COVID-19 associated deaths - 12.

Number of tests performed in the last day - 1 006   

 

The number of contacts with laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 patients is 4 371 [the number of contacts may vary subject to the results of epidemiological investigations]   

 

1100 people are monitored in observation facilities of Kyrgyzstan
