Epidemiological Situation with COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan as of May 14, 2020

On May 14, 2020, 38 new confirmed COVID-19 cases of  were registered in the republic, 24 in women and 14  in  men:   

Bishkek -14 cases,   

Chui region - cases,  

Jalal- Abad region - cases,  

Naryn region - 15 cases,  

Osh City - case,  

among passengers, who arrived from the City of Sol-Iletsk - cases.  

 

Total of 1082 confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered by today in Kyrgyzstan. Of the reported positive cases - 565 are registered in women and 517 – in men:  

Osh region - 181

Jalal- Abad region - 151,   

Bishkek City - 296, 

Osh City - 114, 

Naryn region - 152, 

Chui region - 94, 

Issyk-Kul region - 12, 

Batken region - 24, 

Passengers from the City ​​of Sol-Iletsk - 58.

COVID-19 cases were confirmed in health workers today:

Bishkek - cases,

Osh City - case,

Naryn region - case.

The total number of health workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 248. Today 3 health workers were discharged from hospitals of the republic By today total of 192 health workers were discharged from hospitals with recovery. 

 

Currently 335 patients with COVID-19 confirmed diagnosis are being treated in hospitals of the republic, 7 of them are in serious condition, including 5 in intensive care units, 70 patients in moderate condition and 258 in satisfactory. 

patients with previously confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis were discharged   from hospitals of the republic today with negative test results:

In total, 735 patients were discharged with recovery throughout the country by now.        

Number of COVID-19 associated deaths - 12.

Number of tests performed in the last day - 2 322    

 

The number of contacts with laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 patients is 4 683 [the number of contacts may subject to the results of epidemiological investigations]   

 

1 534 people are being monitored in observation facilities of Kyrgyzstan.
