On May 15, 2020, 29 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the republic, 16 cases in women and 13 - in men:
Bishkek City- 6 cases,
Chui region - 4 cases,
Issyk-Kul region - 1 case,
Naryn region - 11 cases,
Osh region - 1 case,
Osh City - 4 cases,
Jalal-Abad region - 2 cases.
Total of 1111 confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in Kyrgyzstan by today. Of the registered positive cases - 581 were registered in women and 530 in men:

Jalal-Abad region - 153,
Bishkek City- 302,
Osh City - 118,
Naryn region - 163,
Chui region - 98, + from 58 from the city of Sol-Iletsk,
Issyk-Kul region - 13,

No COVID-19 cases were registered today in health workers, and 2 health workers were discharged from the hospitals of the republic.
The total number of health workers diagnosed with COVID-19 by today is 248 cases, including 194 health workers discharged from hospitals with recovery.
Currently 353 patients with confirmed Covid-19 diagnosis are being managed in hospitals of the republic, 5 of them are in serious condition, including 3 in intensive care units. 75 patients are in moderate condition and 273 in satisfactory.
Today 10 patients with previously confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis were discharged from hospitals of the republic:
Bishkek City- 6,
Osh region - 4.
Total of 745 patients were discharged from hospitals with recovery throughout the country.
Two COVID-19 associated deaths were registered today:
- in Naryn region: 84-year old woman, who was diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia, III degree respiratory failure; chronic kidney disease with surgery in history;
- in the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital: 55-year-old man. Diagnosis: severe course of the disease, bilateral pneumonia, respiratory failure. Concomitant diseases: chronic hepatocholecystitis, fatty liver.
Number of COVID-19 associated deaths in the republic - 14 cases.
Number of tests performed in the last day - 2 010
The number of contacts with laboratory Covid-19 confirmed patients is 5 180 [the number of contacts may vary subject to the results of epidemiological investigations]
1 532 people are being monitored in observation facilities of Kyrgyzstan.
