On May 18, 2020, 78 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the republic:
Bishkek - 3 cases,
Chui region - 3 cases,
Naryn region - 14 cases,
Osh City - 5 cases,
Osh region - 6 cases,
Jalal-Abad region - 1 case,
Among the people, who arrived from St. Petersburg (RF) - 3 cases,
Among the people, who arrived from Sol-Iletsk City (Russian Federation) - 43 cases.
Among the newly registered cases - 30 are women, 48 are men.
By today, total of 1216 confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the KR. Of the registered positive cases - 621 are registered in women, 595 in men:

Osh region - 189,
Osh City - 124,
Chui region - 104 + (Sol-Iletsk City- 101),
Bishkek - 310 + (St. Petersburg - 13),
Batken region - 25,

4 COVID-19 cases were confirmed in health workers today:
Bishkek City- 1,
Naryn – 3.
8 health workers were discharged from hospitals of the republic today.
The total number of health workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 255 cases, of which 212 were discharged from hospitals with recovery.
Currently, 375 patients with previously Covid-19 confirmed diagnosis are being treated in hospitals of the republic, 13 of them are in serious condition, including 6 in intensive care units; 51 are in moderate condition and 311 in satisfactory.
23 patients with previously confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis were discharged from hospitals of the republic today with negative tests results:
Bishkek - 20,
Jalal-Abad region - 3.
In total, 827 patients were discharged with recovery throughout the country by now.
Number of COVID-19 associated deaths - 14.
Number of tests performed in the last day – 1 669.
The number of contacts with laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 patients is 6050 [the number of contacts may vary subject to the results of epidemiological investigations]
2 236 people are being managed in observation facilities of Kyrgyzstan.
