Epidemiological Situation with COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan as of May 28,2020

As of May 28, 2020, 74 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were registered in the republic, 54 in women and 20 in men:   

Bishkek City- 11 cases,  

Osh City - 35 cases,  

Osh region - 4, 

Chui region - case,  

Naryn region - 13 cases,  

among military personnel from the Russian Federation (students of KNVL) - 10 cases.   

Total of 1 594 confirmed COVID-19 cases are registered in Kyrgyzstan by now. Of the registered positive cases, 827 - are women and 767  men:  

Jalal-Abad region - 162,  

Osh region - 217

Osh City - 177, 

Chui region - 118, 

Bishkek City- 397, 

Batken region - 28, 

Naryn region - 310, 

Issyk-Kul region - 14,  

among arrivals from the city ​​of Sol Iletsk - 119, 

military personnel from the Russian Federation - 52.

27 new cases of COVID-19 were registered on health workers today:

Bishkek City- 5,
Osh City- 15, 

Naryn region - cases

4 health workers were discharged from the hospital today. The total number of health workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 326 casesof which 247 were discharged from hospitals with recovery.                     

512 people with previously confirmed COVID – 19 are being managed in hospitals of the republic, of which 12 are in serious condition, including 6 in intensive care units; 88 people are in moderate condition and 412- in satisfactory.

23 patients with previously confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis were discharged from hospitals of the republic today with negative test results:

Bishkek City- 9,

Osh City- 1

Naryn region - 12

By now total of 1066 patients were discharged with recovery throughout the country.         

COVID-19 associated deaths - 16.

Number of tests, performed in the last day – 2 338.  

The number of contacts with laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 patients is 7 184 [the number of contacts may vary subject to the results of epidemiological investigations]   

 

2 648 people are being monitored in observation facilities of Kyrgyzstan.
