Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for December 25th

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 307 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city –  95 patients, Osh city – 40, Chuy province – 59, Osh province – 6, Talas province – 14, Naryn province – 11, Issyk-Kul province – 35, Jalal-Abad province – 27, and Batken province – 20.

The total number of recoveries during the entire period: 74 177 patients.

New cases

As of December 25th, 2020, a total of 180 new cases with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 67, Osh city – 1, Chuy province – 60, Osh province – 14, Talas province – 7, Naryn province – 4, Issyk-Kul province – 15, Jalal-Abad province – 4, Batken province – 8.

Overall, 80 025 cases were registered during the entire period, including 41 972 laboratory-confirmed cases and 38 053 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

2 753 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 1358 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 2246 patients are in outpatient care.

The number of patients in the inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 479, Osh city – 48, Chuy province – 296, Osh province – 152, Talas province – 25, Naryn province – 36, Issyk-Kul province – 194, Jalal-Abad province – 66, Batken province – 62. Out of the 1358 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 17 people (1.2%) is categorized as satisfactory, 906 patients (66.7%) are in moderately severe condition, 368 (27%) in severe and 67 (4.9%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 677, Osh city – 159, Chuy province – 612, Osh province – 63, Talas province – 46, Naryn province – 30, Issyk-Kul province – 333, Jalal-Abad province – 211, Batken province – 115.

Fatalities

 

No deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours. The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1340 cases, including 411 laboratory-confirmed cases and 929 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

Five (5) new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours: 1 case in Bishkek city, 1 case in Chuy province, 1 case in Jalal-Abad province, and 2 cases in Talas province. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4092. In the past twenty-four hours, 6 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 4 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 3865 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
