Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for December 30th

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 290 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 93 patients, Osh city – 8, Chuy province – 96, Osh province – 17, Talas province – 3, Naryn province – 7, Issyk-Kul province – 36, Jalal-Abad province – 23, and Batken province – 7.

The total number of recoveries during the entire period: 75 624 patients.

New cases

As of December 30th, 2020, a total of 189 new cases with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city –  65, Osh city – 0, Chuy province – 63, Osh province – 13, Talas province – 3, Naryn province – 3, Issyk-Kul province – 24, Jalal-Abad province – 10, Batken province – 8.

Overall, 80 843 cases were registered during the entire period, including 42 349 laboratory-confirmed cases and 38 494 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

2 327 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 1165 patients in the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 1791 patients are in outpatient care.

The number of patients in the inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 427, Osh city – 47, Chuy province – 275, Osh province – 92, Talas province – 25, Naryn province – 28, Issyk-Kul province – 152, Jalal-Abad province – 64, Batken province – 55. Out of the 1165 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 14 people (1.2%) is categorized as satisfactory, 783 patients (67.2%) are in moderately severe condition, 313 (26.8%) in severe and 55 (4.7%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city –  584, Osh city – 106, Chuy province – 457, Osh province – 78, Talas province – 48, Naryn province – 31, Issyk-Kul province – 307, Jalal-Abad province – 122, Batken province – 58.

Fatalities

 

One (1) death due to COVID-19 confirmed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data (Bishkek) was registered in the past twenty-four hours. The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1354 cases, including 414 laboratory-confirmed cases and 940 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

Four (4) new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours, including one in the red zone. One (1) case occurred in Bishkek city, 1 case in Chuy province, 1 case in Issyk-Kul province, and 1 case (1 in the red zone) in Talas province. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4112. In the past twenty-four hours, 3 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 6 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 3910 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
