In the past twenty-four hours, 53 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 23 patients, Osh city – 2, Chuy province – 16, Osh province – 5, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 0, Issyk-Kul province – 5, Jalal-Abad province – 2, Batken province – 0.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 82 306 patients.

New cases

 

As of February 15th, 2021, a total of 41 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 15, Osh city – 3, Chuy province – 18, Osh province – 0, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 5, Issyk-Kul province – 0, Jalal-Abad province – 0, Batken province – 0.

Overall, 85 516 cases were registered during the entire period, including 44 384 laboratory-confirmed cases and 41 132 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

2228 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 444 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 387 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 156, Osh city – 14, Chuy province – 121, Osh province – 36, Talas province – 10, Naryn province – 34, Issyk-Kul province – 52, Jalal-Abad province – 9, Batken province – 12. Out of the 444 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 3 people (0.6%) is categorized as satisfactory, 292 patients (65.7%) are in moderately severe condition, 123 (27.7%) in severe and 26 (5.8%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 177, Osh city – 15, Chuy province – 97, Osh province – 10, Talas province – 6, Naryn province – 23, Issyk-Kul province – 35, Jalal-Abad province – 14, Batken province – 10.

Fatalities

 

One (1) death due to COVID-19 diagnosed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data was registered in the past twenty-four hours (Chuy province). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1442 cases, including 449 laboratory-confirmed cases and 993 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

No new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4196. In the past twenty-four hours, 0 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 0 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4118 medical workers have recovered in the republic
