Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 91 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 47 patients, Osh city – 1, Chuy province – 27, Osh province – 4, Talas province – 1, Naryn province – 1, Issyk-Kul province – 8, Jalal-Abad province – 2, and Batken province – 0.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 80 987 patients.

New cases

As of February 1st, 2021, a total of 59 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 26, Osh city – 0, Chuy province – 19, Osh province – 2, Talas province – 1, Naryn province – 4, Issyk-Kul province – 4, Jalal-Abad province – 1, Batken province – 2.

Overall, 84 588 cases were registered during the entire period, including 44 005 laboratory-confirmed cases and 40 583 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

1 490 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 581 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 674 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 195, Osh city – 22, Chuy province – 193, Osh province – 39, Talas province – 8, Naryn province – 19, Issyk-Kul province – 72, Jalal-Abad province – 13, Batken province – 20. Out of the 581 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 2 people (0.3%) is categorized as satisfactory, 383 patients (65.9%) are in moderately severe condition, 166 (28.5%) in severe and 30 (5.1%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 307, Osh city – 32, Chuy province – 147, Osh province – 36, Talas province – 10, Naryn province – 14, Issyk-Kul province – 85, Jalal-Abad province – 37, Batken province – 6.

Fatalities

 

No deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours. The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1412 cases, including 437 laboratory-confirmed cases and 975 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

Three (3) new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours – all in Bishkek city. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4176. In the past twenty-four hours, 0 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 0 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4090 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
