Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for February 5th

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 110 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 50 patients, Osh city – 6, Chuy province – 22, Osh province – 4, Talas province – 1, Naryn province – 1, Issyk-Kul province – 22, Jalal-Abad province – 3, and Batken province – 1.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 81 444 patients.

New cases

 

As of February 5th, 2021, a total of 88 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 33, Osh city – 2, Chuy province – 28, Osh province – 8, Talas province – 2, Naryn province – 3, Issyk-Kul province – 10, Jalal-Abad province – 2, Batken province – 0.

Overall, 84 920 cases were registered during the entire period, including 44 134 laboratory-confirmed cases and 40 786 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

2881 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 511 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 608 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 169, Osh city – 17, Chuy province – 173, Osh province – 34, Talas province – 8, Naryn province – 30, Issyk-Kul province – 53, Jalal-Abad province – 10, Batken province – 17. Out of the 511 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 3 people (0.5%) is categorized as satisfactory, 353 patients (69%) are in moderately severe condition, 122 (23.8%) in severe and 33 (6.4%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 247, Osh city – 27, Chuy province – 160, Osh province – 41, Talas province – 11, Naryn province – 10, Issyk-Kul province – 76, Jalal-Abad province – 31, Batken province – 5.

Fatalities

 

Two (2) deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours – both from laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 (Bishkek, Batken province). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1420 cases, including 441 laboratory-confirmed cases and 979 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

No new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4180. In the past twenty-four hours, 2 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 0 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4099 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
