Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 98 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 40 patients, Osh city – 3, Chuy province – 27, Osh province – 4, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 5, Issyk-Kul province – 11, Jalal-Abad province – 2, Batken province – 6.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 81 542 patients.

New cases

 

As of February 6th, 2021, a total of 72 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 27, Osh city – 2, Chuy province – 16, Osh province – 4, Talas province – 1, Naryn province – 12, Issyk-Kul province – 3, Jalal-Abad province – 5, Batken province – 2.

Overall, 84 992 cases were registered during the entire period, including 44 170 laboratory-confirmed cases and 40 822 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

2194 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 492 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 596 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 171, Osh city – 18, Chuy province – 157, Osh province – 31, Talas province – 10, Naryn province – 29, Issyk-Kul province – 52, Jalal-Abad province – 12, Batken province – 12. Out of the 492 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 3 people (0.6%) is categorized as satisfactory, 324 patients (65.8%) are in moderately severe condition, 133 (27%) in severe and 32 (6.5%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 229, Osh city – 25, Chuy province – 164, Osh province – 43, Talas province – 10, Naryn province – 18, Issyk-Kul province – 69, Jalal-Abad province – 32, Batken province – 6.

Fatalities

 

Three (3) deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours, including 2 cases due to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 (Bishkek, Chuy province) and 1 case due to COVID-19 diagnosed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data (Chuy province). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1423 cases, including 443 laboratory-confirmed cases and 980 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

Medical workers

No new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4180. In the past twenty-four hours, 1 medical worker was discharged from inpatient care, and 2 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4102 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
