Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for January 14th

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 205 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 72 patients, Osh city – 5, Chuy province – 53, Osh province – 15, Talas province – 4, Naryn province – 14, Issyk-Kul province – 26, Jalal-Abad province – 6, and Batken province – 10.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 78 563 patients.

New cases

As of January 14th, 2021, a total of 136 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 83, Osh city – 0, Chuy province – 34, Osh province – 2, Talas province – 1, Naryn province – 5, Issyk-Kul province – 0, Jalal-Abad province – 9, Batken province – 2.

Overall, 82 723 cases were registered during the entire period, including 43 290 laboratory-confirmed cases and 39 433 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 166 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 806 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 1047 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 287, Osh city – 23, Chuy province – 201, Osh province – 79, Talas province – 10, Naryn province – 24, Issyk-Kul province – 126, Jalal-Abad province – 29, Batken province – 27. Out of the 806 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 12 people (1.4%) is categorized as satisfactory, 515 patients (63.8%) are in moderately severe condition, 238 (29.5%) in severe and 41 (5%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 579, Osh city – 25, Chuy province – 216, Osh province – 24, Talas province – 5, Naryn province – 12, Issyk-Kul province – 118, Jalal-Abad province – 55, Batken province – 13.

Fatalities

 

Three (3) deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours, including 2 cases due to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 (Bishkek) and 1 case due to COVID-19 diagnosed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data (Bishkek). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1378 cases, including 427 laboratory-confirmed cases and 951 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

No new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4150. In the past twenty-four hours, 1 medical worker was discharged from inpatient care, and 5 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4040 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
