Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for January 27th

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 148 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 60 patients, Osh city – 2, Chuy province – 46, Osh province – 10, Talas province – 0, Naryn province –  5, Issyk-Kul province – 21, Jalal-Abad province – 3, and Batken province – 1.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 80 330 patients.

New cases

As of January 27th, 2021, a total of 107 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 45, Osh city – 1, Chuy province – 27, Osh province – 16, Talas province – 1, Naryn province – 1, Issyk-Kul province – 11, Jalal-Abad province – 5, Batken province – 0.

Overall, 84 175 cases were registered during the entire period, including 43 826 laboratory-confirmed cases and 40 349 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 927 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 607 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 900 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 219, Osh city – 21, Chuy province – 166, Osh province – 47, Talas province – 6, Naryn province – 26, Issyk-Kul province – 83, Jalal-Abad province – 20, Batken province – 19. Out of the 607 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 6 people (0.9%) is categorized as satisfactory, 366 patients (60.2%) are in moderately severe condition, 210 (34.5%) in severe and 25 (4.1%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 387, Osh city – 32, Chuy province – 224, Osh province – 47, Talas province – 13, Naryn province – 11, Issyk-Kul province – 135, Jalal-Abad province – 40, Batken province – 11.

Fatalities

 

Three (3) deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours, including 1 case due to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 (Bishkek) and 2 cases due to COVID-19 diagnosed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data (Bishkek). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1405 cases, including 435 laboratory-confirmed cases and 970 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

No new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4168. In the past twenty-four hours, 2 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 1 medical worker was released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4 080 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
