Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for January 29th

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 162 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city –  69 patients, Osh city – 1, Chuy province – 51, Osh province – 3, Talas province – 2, Naryn province – 6, Issyk-Kul province – 22, Jalal-Abad province – 7, and Batken province – 1.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 80 643 patients.

New cases

 

As of January 29th, 2021, a total of 74 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 53, Osh city – 1, Chuy province – 11, Osh province – 5, Talas province – 1, Naryn province – 1, Issyk-Kul province – 0, Jalal-Abad province – 2, Batken province – 0.

Overall, 84 377 cases were registered during the entire period, including 43 939 laboratory-confirmed cases and 40 438 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 374 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 600 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 792 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 212, Osh city – 21, Chuy province – 186, Osh province – 45, Talas province – 5, Naryn province – 18, Issyk-Kul province – 74, Jalal-Abad province – 19, Batken province – 20. Out of the 600 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of people (0.5%) is categorized as satisfactory, 394 patients (65.6%) are in moderately severe condition, 180 (30%) in severe and 23 (3.8%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 372, Osh city – 30, Chuy province –  174, Osh province – 37, Talas province – 13, Naryn province – 14, Issyk-Kul province – 111, Jalal-Abad province – 34, Batken province – 7.

Fatalities

 

One (1) death due to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 was registered in the past twenty-four hours (Issyk-Kul province). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1409 cases, including 437 laboratory-confirmed cases and 972 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

Medical workers

One (1) new COVID-19 case was registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours: 1 case occurred in the red zone in Jalal-Abad province. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4171. In the past twenty-four hours, 2 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 2 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4 087 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
