In the past twenty-four hours, 52 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 19 patients, Osh city – 2, Chuy province – 9, Osh province – 2, Talas province – 2, Naryn province – 2, Issyk-Kul province – 13, Jalal-Abad province – 1, Batken province – 2.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 83 718 patients.

New cases

 

As of March 11th, 2021, a total of 52 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 26, Osh city – 0, Chuy province – 16, Osh province – 6, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 0, Issyk-Kul province – 2, Jalal-Abad province – 0, Batken province – 2.

Overall, 86 692 cases were registered during the entire period, including 44 759 laboratory-confirmed cases and 41 933 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 281 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 291 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 264 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 116, Osh city – 10, Chuy province – 81, Osh province – 13, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 19, Issyk-Kul province – 41, Jalal-Abad province – 8, Batken province – 3. Out of the 291 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 1 person (0.3%) is categorized as satisfactory, 195 patients (67%) are in moderately severe condition, 79 (27.1%) in severe and 16 (5.4%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 127, Osh city – 10, Chuy province – 53, Osh province – 34, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 7, Issyk-Kul province – 18, Jalal-Abad province – 6, Batken province – 9.

Fatalities

 

No deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours. The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1476 cases, including 465 laboratory-confirmed cases and 1011 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

No new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4206. In the past twenty-four hours, 0 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care and 0 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4195 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
