In the past twenty-four hours, 43 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 17 patients, Osh city – 1, Chuy province – 11, Osh province – 2, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 2, Issyk-Kul province – 6, Jalal-Abad province – 0, Batken province – 4.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 83 809 patients.

New cases

 

As of March 13th, 2021, a total of 63 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 26, Osh city – 3, Chuy province – 20, Osh province – 2, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 4, Issyk-Kul province – 7, Jalal-Abad province – 1, Batken province – 0.

Overall, 86 818 cases were registered during the entire period, including 44 816 laboratory-confirmed cases and 42 002 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 699 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 318 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 272 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 131, Osh city – 11, Chuy province – 95, Osh province – 16, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 17, Issyk-Kul province – 37, Jalal-Abad province – 8, Batken province – 3. Out of the 318 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 1 person (0.3%) is categorized as satisfactory, 212 patients (66.6%) are in moderately severe condition, 88 (27.6%) in severe and 17 (5.3%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 133, Osh city – 10, Chuy province –  58, Osh province – 24, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 10, Issyk-Kul province – 24, Jalal-Abad province – 6, Batken province – 7.

Fatalities

 

No deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in the past twenty-four hours. The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1480 cases, including 466 laboratory-confirmed cases and 1014 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

No new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4207. In the past twenty-four hours, 0 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care and 0 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4195 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
