In the past twenty-four hours, 70 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: in Bishkek city – 33 patients, Osh city – 1, Chuy province – 19, Osh province – 13, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 4, Issyk-Kul province – 0, Jalal-Abad province – 0, Batken province – 0.

Total number of recoveries during the entire period: 84 723 patients.

New cases

 

As of March 30th, 2021, a total of 113 new cases of laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 61, Osh city – 0, Chuy province – 44, Osh province – 0, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 3, Issyk-Kul province – 5, Jalal-Abad province – 0, Batken province – 0.

Overall, 88 276 cases were registered during the entire period, including 45 798 laboratory-confirmed cases and 42 478 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

5 493 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 530 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 577 people are in outpatient care.

The number of cases in inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 279, Osh city – 16, Chuy province – 159, Osh province – 4, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 9, Issyk-Kul province – 42, Jalal-Abad province – 16, Batken province – 5. Out of the 530 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 4 people (0.7%) is categorized as satisfactory, 389 patients (73.3%) are in moderately severe condition, 115 (21.6%) in severe and 22 (4.1%) in critical condition.

The number of patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 who are receiving outpatient (at home) treatment comprises: in Bishkek city – 391, Osh city – 6, Chuy province – 134, Osh province – 15, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 9, Issyk-Kul province – 17, Jalal-Abad province – 0, Batken province – 5.

Fatalities

 

One (1) death due to COVID-19 confirmed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data was registered in the past twenty-four hours – in Bishkek. The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1498 cases, including 469 laboratory-confirmed cases and 1029 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

Three (3) new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours (Bishkek – 2, Chuy – 1). The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 4245. In the past twenty-four hours, 1 medical worker was discharged from inpatient care and 0 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 4197 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
