Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for November 20

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 427 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: Bishkek city – 91 patients, Osh city – 2, Chuy province – 81, Osh province – 55, Talas province – 11, Naryn province – 3, Issyk-Kul province – 33, Jalal-Abad province – 85, and Batken province – 66.

In total, 59 789 patients have recovered during the entire period.

New cases

As of November 20th, 2020, a total of 386 new cases with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic within the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 119, Osh city – 2, Chuy province – 118, Osh province – 30, Talas province – 17, Naryn province – 11, Issyk-Kul province – 55, Jalal-Abad province – 7, Batken province – 27.

Overall, 68 702 cases were registered during the entire period, including 35 657 laboratory-confirmed cases and 33 045 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 373 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 3137 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 3826 patients are in outpatient care.

In inpatient facilities: Bishkek city – 841, Osh city – 154, Chuy province – 416, Osh province – 540, Talas province – 0, Naryn province – 0, Issyk-Kul province – 0, Jalal-Abad province – 0, Batken province – 0. Out of the 0 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 0 people (0 %) is categorized as satisfactory, 0 patients (0%) are in moderate condition, 0 (0 %) in severe and 0 (0 %) in critical condition.

Outpatient (at home) treatment for patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 is provided: in Bishkek city – to 1025 patients, in Osh city – 394, Chuy province – 801, Osh province – 48, Talas province – 112, Naryn province – 30, Issyk-Kul province – 100, Jalal-Abad province – 506, Batken province – 810 patients.

Fatalities

 

In the past twenty-four hours, 6 deaths due to COVID-19 were registered, including 2 cases due to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 (Bishkek) and 4 cases due to COVID-19 diagnosed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data (Bishkek –2, Osh province, Naryn province). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1223 cases, including 342 laboratory-confirmed cases and 881 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

Eleven (11) new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours. Six (6) cases were in Bishkek city, 2 cases in Batken province, 2  cases in Issyk-Kul province and 1 case in Talas province. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 3787. In the past twenty-four hours, 4 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 0 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 3525 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
