Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for November 24

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 433 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: Bishkek city – 80 patients, Osh city – 18, Chuy province – 82, Osh province – 77, Talas province – 30, Naryn province – 8, Issyk-Kul province – 54, Jalal-Abad province – 50, and Batken province – 34.

In total, 61 593 patients have recovered during the entire period.

New cases

As of November 24th, 2020, a total of 481 new cases with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic within the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 124, Osh city – 16, Chuy province – 176, Osh province – 22, Talas province – 14, Naryn province – 6, Issyk-Kul province – 35, Jalal-Abad province – 67, Batken province – 21.

Overall, 70 366 cases were registered during the entire period, including 36 797 laboratory-confirmed cases and 33 569 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 084 PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 2948 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 3829 patients are in outpatient care.

The number of patients in the inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 888, Osh city – 120, Chuy province – 412, Osh province – 443, Talas province – 124, Naryn province – 82, Issyk-Kul province – 376, Jalal-Abad province – 347, Batken province – 156. Out of the 2948 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 64 people (2.1%) is categorized as satisfactory, 1937 patients (65.7%) are in moderately severe condition, 800 (27.1%) in severe and 147 (4.9%) in critical condition.

Outpatient (at home) treatment is provided to: 1130 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 in Bishkek city, 429 patients in Osh city, Chuy province – 831, Osh province – 10, Talas province – 113, Naryn province –  27, Issyk-Kul province – 104, Jalal-Abad province – 527, Batken province – 658 patients.

Fatalities

 

In the past twenty-four hours, 4 deaths due to COVID-19 were registered, including 4 cases due to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19  (Bishkek – 2, Chuy province – 1, Talas province – 1). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1241 cases, including 351 laboratory-confirmed cases and 890 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

Sixteen (16) new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours, including 3 cases in the red zone. Bishkek city – 5 cases (2 in the red zone), Chuy province – 2 cases, Osh province – 1 case, Jalal-Abad province – 3 cases, Batken province – 2 cases (1 in the red zone), Issyk-Kul province – 1 case, Naryn province – 1 case, Talas province – 1 case. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 comprises 3831 cases. In the past twenty-four hours, 0  medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 7 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 3552 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
