Statistical data on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan for November 28

Recovered patients

In the past twenty-four hours, 461 patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis recovered and were discharged from care across the republic, including: Bishkek city – 128 patients, Osh city – 26, Chuy province – 78, Osh province – 53, Talas province – 25, Naryn province – 8, Issyk-Kul province – 29, Jalal-Abad province – 61, and Batken province – 53.

In total, 63 407 patients have recovered during the entire period.

New cases

As of November 28th, 2020, a total of 423 new cases with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 were registered across the republic in the past twenty-four hours. These include: Bishkek city – 130, Osh city – 16, Chuy province – 102, Osh province – 35, Talas province – 17, Naryn province – 11, Issyk-Kul province – 33, Jalal-Abad province – 50, Batken province – 29.

Overall, 71 971 cases were registered during the entire period, including 37 795 laboratory-confirmed cases and 34 176 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

3 612  PCR tests were carried out in the past twenty-four hours.

Receiving treatment

Currently, a total of 2869 patients throughout the republic are receiving inpatient care, while 3662 patients are in outpatient care.

The number of patients in the inpatient facilities comprises: in Bishkek city – 861, Osh city – 104, Chuy province – 461, Osh province – 382, Talas province – 112, Naryn province – 80, Issyk-Kul province – 419, Jalal-Abad province – 321, Batken province – 129. Out of the 2869 patients receiving inpatient care, the condition of 52 people (1.8%) is categorized as satisfactory, 1958 (68.2%) patients are in moderately severe condition, 750 (26.1%) in severe and 109 (3.7%) in critical condition.

Outpatient (at home) treatment for patients with laboratory and clinico-epidemiologically confirmed COVID-19 is provided: in Bishkek city – to 1004 patients, Osh city – 427, Chuy province – 920, Osh province – 109, Talas province – 85, Naryn province – 20, Issyk-Kul province – 34, Jalal-Abad province – 469, Batken province – 594 patients.

Fatalities

 

In the past twenty-four hours, 6 deaths due to COVID-19 were registered, including 5 cases due to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 (Bishkek – 3, Chuy province –1, Naryn province – 1) and 1 case due to COVID-19 diagnosed on the basis of clinical and epidemiological data (Osh province). The overall death toll due to COVID-19 in the republic comprises 1262 cases, including 364 laboratory-confirmed cases and 898 cases confirmed based on clinical and epidemiological data.

 

Medical workers

Fourteen (14) new COVID-19 cases were registered among medical workers in the past twenty-four hours, including 1 in the red zone. Six (6) cases occurred in Bishkek, 3 in Chuy province, 1 in Osh city, 1 in Osh province, 1 in Jalal-Abad province, 1 in Batken province,  and 1 case in Issyk-Kul province. The total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 is 3879. In the past twenty-four hours, 3 medical workers were discharged from inpatient care, and 8 medical workers were released from self-isolation at home. In total, 3587 medical workers have recovered in the republic.
