Statistics on COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan as of June 20, 2020

As of June 20, 2020, 192 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in the republic: 

Bishkek City- 94 cases,  

Chui region - 62 cases,  

Osh City - 16 cases,  

Osh region - 14 cases,  

Issyk-Kul region - cases,  

Talas region - cases,  

Naryn region - cases.  

Total of 2981 confirmed COVID-19 cases were registered in Kyrgyzstan:   

Jalal-Abad region - 206,  

Osh region - 300

Osh City - 323, 

Chui region - 369, 

Bishkek City- 1010, 

Batken region - 40, 

Naryn region - 431, 

Issyk-Kul region - 35, 

Talas region - 27, 

-Among our compatriots who arrived from Russia- 240.

 

13 new COVID-19 cases were registered among health workers today:

Bishkek City- 7,

Chui region - 5,

Osh City- 1

The total number of COVID-19 diagnosed health workers is 546 casesof which was discharged today from hospital with recovery. 

In total, 382 health workers were discharged with recovery in the republic.             

 

498 people with previously confirmed COVID-19 are being managed in hospitals of the republic, of which 30 are in serious condition, including 5 in intensive care units. 128 people are in moderate condition, 340 - in satisfactory; 385 are not hospitalized/ self-isolated at home.

Over the last day, 20 patients with previous COVID-19 diagnosis were discharged from hospitals in the republic with negative test results:  

Bishkek City- 3,

Chui region - 11

Osh City- 1

Naryn region - 5

In total, 1 981 patients were discharged with recovery throughout the country.  

In addition, 82 asymptomatic patients were transferred from hospitals to home-based quarantine (self-isolation) (Gansi - 77, Talas Regional Hospital - 5).  

During the day, deaths from coronavirus infection were registered in hospitals of the republic:

-Osh Interregional Hospital - (female, DB 1961. Acute respiratory failure, bilateral pneumonia, sepsis),

-Kara- Suu district- (male, DB 1959),

-Tyup Territorial hospital - (male, DB 1958 Pneumonia, Acute respiratory failure, Acute cardiac failure). 

Total number of COVID-19 associated deaths - 35         

 

Number of tests conducted in the last day - 5 011.                    

The number of contacts with laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 patients is 12 205 [the number of contacts may vary subject to the results of epidemiological investigations]   

 1 471 people are being monitored in observation facilities of Kyrgyzstan.
