หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางไปพื้นที่มีการระบาดต่อเนื่อง Avoid traveling to areas with ongoing outbreaks.
หรือพื้นที่พบผู้ป่วยตามรายงานขององค์การอนามัยโลก Or areas where patients are found, according to World Health Organization reports.
ประเด็นสำคัญ Key points
• ขณะนี้เกิดการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ที่มีการระบาดใหญ่ (Pandemic) ไปทั่วโลก (ตามประกาศขององค์การอนามัยโลก, 11 มีนาคม 2563) ขอให้ประชาชน และผู้ที่จะเดินทางไปต่างประเทศติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด At the moment, the outbreak of the coronary pandemic virus (COVID-19) with Pandemic has spread worldwide (as announced by the World Health Organization, 11 March 2020). • เอกสารหลักฐานที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ประกอบการเดินทาง • Documents and evidence needed for travel และต้องยื่นให้กับสายการบินก่อนการเช็คอินที่สนามบินต้นทาง And must be submitted to the airline before check-in at the departure airport ผู้มีสัญชาติไทย Thai nationals ต้องมีใบรับรองแพทย์ที่ยืนยันว่าสุขภาพเหมาะสมต่อการเดินทาง (Fit to Fly) และหนังสือรับรองการเดินทางจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูต Must have a medical certificate confirming that the health is suitable for travel (Fit to Fly) and a certificate of travel from the embassy หรือหน่วยงานตามกำหนด Or departments as scheduled ผู้ที่มีสัญชาติอื่น People with other nationalities ต้องมีใบรับรองแพทย์ที่ออกให้ไม่เกิน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนเดินทาง Must have a medical certificate issued no later than 72 hours before traveling ยืนยันว่าไม่พบเชื้อ COVID-19 และมีประกันสุขภาพตามกำหนด Confirm that no COVID-19 is found and has health insurance as scheduled อ่านเพิ่มเติม Read more
• ผู้ที่มาจากเขตติดโรคติดต่ออันตรายทุกคน • Every person from the area infected with the dangerous communicable disease เมื่อเดินทางมาถึงประเทศไทย When traveling to Thailand ต้องกักกันตัวอยู่ในที่พำนัก เป็นเวลา 14 วัน ห้ามออกจากสถานที่เด็ดขาด Must be detained in the residence for 14 days.
