Results about the new Coronavirus in Timor-Leste

Odete da Silva Viegas, Director General of Health Services and spokesperson for the Integrated Crisis Management Centre (CIGC), today, April 8, 2020, released the results recorded so far in Timor-Leste, related to the new coronavirus, at a press conference held at the Dili Convention Center.
So far there have been a total of 49 suspected cases, of which 45 have had a negative result, there is a confirmed positive case and three cases are still waiting for the test result.
There are a total of 918 people quarantined, of whom 869 are in government-created mandatory confinement sites and 49 are self-quarantined at home.
777 people have already completed the 14-day quarantine period.
