- Phase 1a includes community and tribal healthcare workers involved in direct patient care, residents of Wyoming’s long-term care facilities, laboratory staff, pharmacy staff, law enforcement and other first responders.
- Phase 1b generally includes people who are 70 years of age or older, frontline essential workers who must interact with the public and are unable to consistently physically distance from others.
